Schedules To Help You Thrive in Home Based COVID-19 Conditions

With such a massive disruption in our lives, feedback has shown much challenge in adapting to new routines. This is quite understandable. While Health Impact Solutions are business consultants, this set of resources have been made to assist individuals and families to set new routines. They can be adapted and edited to suit to help you thrive through COVID-19. There are 3 resources aimed at giving some key tips on what to prioritise in the day, with space to personalise the  schedule.

  1. Working parent stay at home action list. Balancing the needs of yourself, your work and your children. There's much to do - these points may help shape your day. Accept and appreciate the time that you will need to give your child or children focused attention during the work day. Aim to set up a way where you control it and not become overwhelmed by it.
  2. Working and living at home with no children. There is still much adjustment to make and it is important to find some routine. Some people will thrive naturally at home, while others need to find new ways to interact and schedule the extra time.
  3. At home with no work, no children and not so many of the things you used to have flexibility to do. Try set yourself some structure and break up the day.
